Save Yourself First

In these times of growing insanity and widespread fear-mongering, it is easy to get sucked into the idea that “we have to save everyone”, particularly family and friends, from what seems to be planned or at least alert them to the dangers we see all too clearly.

However, it is obvious by now that many stubbornly refuse to face reality because it’s too depressing or frightening and cling onto their belief/hope that those in positions of authority or influence wouldn’t deliberately do us harm. Most people lack the imagination or courage to face up to what is unfolding.

Their stubborn refusal to face reality is no accident but has been brought about by over a century’s worth of increasingly sophisticated conditioning of the global population. Adam Curtis provides an introduction to how this conditioning started and developed throughout the 20th century.

Our parents and their parents were progressively subjected to behavioural management techniques which have become evermore effective, drawing on mind control techniques which bypass our consciousness. Each generation is softened up for this conditioning by their parents who are oblivious to the fact that they are contributing to the process of brainwashing successive generations.

The beginning of the 21st century heralded a step change. The process of conditioning continued to evolve but has been augmented by overt torture techniques. Fear has become the primary weapon of control, first with the threat of “terrorism”, to which has been added a “climate crisis”, induced mass migration and now a “pandemic”.

In Section 3.6 of our latest paper, COVID19: Plunder and Population Reduction, we refer to the torture and mind control techniques applied to ensure compliance with criminal authority. Someone recently sent me the following image (I can’t remember who) which neatly corroborates what we describe in the paper.

In the paper, we reference this next video below in which Richard Grannon explains the Alice in Wonderland torture technique developed by the CIA.

THE CIA DID THIS

We “conspiracy theorists” (who, in reality, are exposing the real conspiracies), while researching and analysing what has led us to this point, cannot help but be also affected by the same conditioning, even though we may recognise it and resist it.

In delving down into the many “rabbit holes”, we find distractions and targets that draw our attention. We wrangle with details of contradictory evidence, arguing over points of detail in the multiple, conflicting narratives and pieces of evidence, many of which are placed deliberately to distract and divide; thus creating rifts and friction between us. The resulting outrage and anger, while healthy if kept under control, can lead us to a sense of hopelessness or despair. Furthermore, stress levels tend to rise when dealing with what we contend with on a daily basis and can debilitate our immune systems, making us more vulnerable to sickness.

The question is, how to we maintain our sanity and health to remain centred/balanced while doing this work?

In describing my learning journey, I referenced another Richard Grannon video on how we can create stronger boundaries to our psyches to defend ourselves from this constant psychological abuse.

Get Stronger Boundaries – Your Moral Philosophy Will Protect You

We cannot hope to help others if we are suffering psychological trauma ourselves. When flying, the safety instructions insist that you first don your own oxygen mask in the event of an emergency, before helping children or those incapable of doing so for themselves. Similarly, we have to preserve our own sanity to be able to help others.
