Navigating the Transition

Vijay kindly reposted Gulag Academia on Twitter/X; I came across a “like” in my notifications while pondering how to frame this article.

As explained in previous articles, we are in the midst of a paradigm shift of millennial proportions. I’ve been drawn into conversations with many who take their cue from mainstream narratives and find life bewildering and frightening, particularly because they and their loved ones are beset with consequences of the psychological operation that started just over four years ago, beginning with the “lockdown” (sabotage of society and the economy) imposed on 23 March 2020.

Those that look deeper discovered that the government had already decreed, under “expert” advice, that Covid-19 was “no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease (HCID) as of 19 March 2020.” It became obvious that there was a bigger, more sinister, agenda afoot, a war on us all.

Not everyone was convinced by their government, in spite of widespread compliance with the nonsensical rules and health protocols that followed, often in the midst of contradictions and confusion.

Comedian Aiden Killian toured Ireland during lockdown to tell the story of his grandmother to diverse audiences of “refuseniks”: they were not about to deny themselves fundamental freedoms on the basis of government diktat.

Irish comedian and storyteller, Aidan Killian travelled around Ireland during ‘lockdown’ and this shows another side of the story about how many lived, connected, and gathered during these dark times.

Many of the voices in the video hadn’t done extensive research and consequently may not have seen the full picture but at a fundamental level knew what was being imposed was wrong, harmful and unlawful.

Another manifestation of rebellion by growing numbers is refusal to pay the burgeoning array of unlawful charges, penalties and fines. Martin Geddes has been involved in legal battles to assert his and our freedom from tyranny and reflects on the cost and consequences of the transition.

Martin’s essay is painfully honest and it got me thinking about navigating this transition. This is where the relevance of Gulag Academia comes into play.

We are farmed through our own ignorance exacerbated by the incitement of fear thereby closing down people’s ability to think critically. In this state of ignorance and impotence we are malleable and easy to abuse, thereby sending us into a spiral of physical, emotional and mental decline.

Gulag Academia
Purpose: Exposing the deficiencies of institutional hierarchies in academia which limit the potential for human creativity and understanding.
Social implications: Accepting our power will return us to our natural state as sovereign beings co-dependent on each other and our ecology for our freedom and prosperity. Self-organising social structures will transform our reality.

Knowing that we’ve been lied to about most everything is the starting point for recovery. Governments, corporations and other hierarchical institutions aren’t concerned with human need but are driven by the structure. The structure is the product of exchange money and we’ve talked in various papers how we handle value is changing and money being displaced. This is one element of structural change.

The other major element is how we learn and develop. Without current digital technology, most of us would still be ignorant of our condition as human cattle. We have to question and re-evaluate everything which is why Gulag Academia advocates utilising the open source, co-creative learning and development methodologies that are creating awareness among so many, who increase in number daily.

This next video is indicative of how deeply into the past we need to re-evaluate; looking at things from different perspectives not only reveals the extent to which we’ve misled but reveals possibilities we may have never considered.

As my journey of discovery unfolds, I become more energised and confident of the future. I discuss issues, events and ideas more freely than before because growing numbers see through the illusions. The promise of what lies ahead more than compensates for the challenges to be met.
